Support for Wellbeing at Home Several schools, colleges, and campus units may offer programming that is open to faculty and staff in addition to undergraduate and graduate students, and we invite you to follow campus programs on social media to learn about these opportunities. BeWellUGA at Home The trained dietitians, mindfulness instructors, wellness coaches, health educators, and clinicians at the University Health Center, as well as other campus partners, are here to support your wellbeing no matter how far from campus you are. They will share ways to stay organized; strategies to wake up feeling rested; and live virtual sessions on mindfulness, yoga, mental wellbeing, and stress reduction, among other topics. Student Mental Health Resources UGA Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) is available for phone consultations (706-542-2273) during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 p.m. CAPS is available for crisis services 24/7 at 706-542-2200. Faculty and Staff COVID-19 Medical Guidance If you are experiencing flu-like or respiratory symptoms, please contact your community healthcare provider. Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and CDC to determine if you need to be tested for 2019-nCoV.
